Can I send more than one file at a time?
Yes. On the send page, click the "more files" link to increase the number of files you can send. You can send as many files in one transfer as you like, but only if the total size of all the files is within the maximum file size total based on your service plan. For example, if you have a Standard Account, you can send any number of files in one transfer as long as the total size of all the files together is under 100MB.
How big of a file can I send through MSCPA SecureSend?
With a Standard Account, you can send a file as large as 100MB. With a Professional Account, the largest file you can send is up to 1GB. If you have an Ultra Account, you are able to send a file up to 2GB. However, as mentioned previously, you are limited to the maximum file size total in each transfer, so if you have a Standard Account, you can send one 100MB file, or one hundred 1MB files in one transfer.

Additionally, the application has detailed log tracking features, so you will know which recipient has received the notification email and downloaded the files, what time the files were downloaded, and which IP address the download occurred at.
